Guest Management:

• Manage guest arrivals, stays, and departures with exceptional care and attention.
• Coordinate airport/station transfers and ensure smooth logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest queries and requests.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee meals management ensuring adherence to standards and dietary preferences.
• Coordinate and execute experiences, workshops, and retreat activities as per guest itineraries.
• Plan and customize guest itineraries based on individual needs and preferences.

Administrative & Financial Management:

• Maintain accurate guest data and records.
• Manage ledger entries and billing processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen, wellness, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct daily briefings and debriefings with the team to maintain service quality.
• Provide feedback and collaborate on process improvements.
