This can be done as a two hour cooking class or as one day experience.
In a cooking class, participants typically learn to cook a selection of dishes. The experience of cooking unfolds amidst lively discussions about the condiments and spices, nutrition, and balancing of taste and textures, that go into preparing a tasty Indian vegetarian meal.

Volunteers are encouraged to submit proposals outlining their contributions, and upon approval, may receive a subsidy on their boarding and lodging charges.
