We are inviting passionate individuals to join our team as Guest Experience & Operations Volunteers. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the hospitality and wellness industry while living in a peaceful, inspiring environment.
Ideal for: Students, career explorers, hospitality enthusiasts, gap year travelers, or anyone seeking meaningful hands-on experience in retreat management.
What We're Looking For
- Passion: A deep interest in hospitality, wellness, or sustainable living.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Working knowledge of Hindi is not mandatory.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and contribute with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic retreat environment.
- Commitment: Minimum commitment of 12, 24, or 36 weeks.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but NOT mandatory – we value enthusiasm and dedication!
